Softdocs Etrieve Document Signatures (EDS) tool is a new additional to our suite of tools that allows for finalized PDF files to be sent directly for signatures without a form or workflow being developed like most of our digital forms. This is perfect for contracts or other documents requiring legally binding signatures by individuals internal or external to the University.
Access
EDS is not assigned to all employees. Contact IT if you would feel this tool would benefit you in your work. Once enabled, it will become an additional button in the Softdocs app switcher:
