Viewing Your Tickets in the TDX Support Client Portal

Issue

 If you have previously contacted IT or Marketing and want to check the status of a request, you can easily do so via the Client Portal

Solution

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal at https://service.taylor.edu
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
  3. In the center section of the Client Portal home page, click the View My Tickets button
  4. Alternately, at the top of the page, click Services.
    • On the sub-menu that appears, click Ticket Requests

On this page, you can see all of your ticket requests. Use the filters at the top to view requests by status class, department, service, and more.
To view details about a request, click its name.
