Cybersecurity Training Requirement & Account Access

As part of Taylor’s ongoing commitment to cybersecurity awareness and protecting our campus community, all faculty and staff are required to complete annual online cybersecurity training through KnowBe4.

Per direction from the Senior Leadership Team, employees who do not complete the training within the required time frame will have their Taylor account temporarily disabled. 

 

What To Do If Your Account Has Been Disabled

Follow the steps below to regain full access:

1. Contact the Helpdesk

  • Reach out using one of the following methods:
  • Call: (765) 998-4040
  • Visit in person: The Helpdesk is located in the lower level of Nussbaum

2. Request Temporary Access

  • Ask to have your account temporarily enabled.  Your Taylor account will only be allowed access to the KnowBe4 training portal.

3. Wait for Access

  • Please allow about 90 minutes for your temporary access to be enabled.

4. Complete Your Training 

  • Go to: https://knowbe4.com 
  • Log in using your Taylor email address 
  • Complete all required training modules

5. Notify the Helpdesk

  • Contact the Helpdesk after you have finished all the required training.

6. Account Restoration

  • After confirming the training has been completed, all restrictions will be removed from your account.
  • Allow about 30 minutes for full access (including email) to be restored to your account.
