- Open Settings on your phone.
- Tap Accounts and backup.
- Select Manage accounts.

- Open Settings on your phone.
- Tap Passwords, keys and accounts.
- Select Create new Microsoft 365 / work or school accounts.

- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The Taylor account should now be removed from Microsoft Authenticator.
Option 3: Clear Storage and Cache for Microsoft Authenticator
Use this option only if the account cannot be removed using Options 1 or 2.
⚠️ Important: This will remove all accounts from the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Swipe down from the top of the screen twice.
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
- Tap Apps.
- Select See all apps.
- Find and tap Microsoft Authenticator.
- Tap Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear storage, then tap Clear cache.
After completing these steps, reopen Microsoft Authenticator and re-add any accounts you still need.
