Scan to OneDrive

Scanning the File

1. Swipe your Taylor ID to sign into the printer
2. Tap on the "Scan" icon on the far right

3. Tap on "My Personal Account"

4. Tap on "Scan to OneDrive"

5. Configure the settings for the document you want to scan and tap "Start"

6. Click the blue "Send" button

Retrieving Scanned Documents

1. If this is your first time scanning a document to OneDrive, you will receive an email to your Taylor account similar to the following:

3. You will now receive an email confirming your file has been uploaded to OneDrive, and a link (as well as the path) to the file:​​​​​​​
