Using the Staple Function on a Konica Printer

The Konica printers have a stapling function that can be used to automatically staple your printed or copied documents.

NOTE:

  • The staple function is not available when using Web Print
  • To use the staple function, you must be on campus and printing from a Taylor-owned device
  • The staple function is available when making copies on the printer.

Using the Staple Function When Printing from a Computer

  1. Open the document you want to print.
  2. Select Print.
  3. Select CampusSecurePrint or the Konica printer.
  4. Open Printer Properties, Preferences, or Printer Options.
  5. Go to the Finishing tab.
  6. Select the desired staple position.
  7. Select OK or Apply.
  8. Print your document.

 

Using the Staple Function When Copying at the Printer

  1. Place your original document in the document feeder.
  2. From the Main Screen, select Access Device
  3. On the next screen select Copy.
  4. From the Copy menu, go to the Finishing option.
  5. Select Staple and choose the desired staple position.
  6. Select Start.
